Getting in the Mood part 2

In a week it will all be done and all the running and doing will be over for another year. I am still trying to find my Christmas cheer.
Many years ago I started a little tradition with Sarah and Will. Each year they would each choose a wooden Nutcracker. The would play with them. Sarah pulled the beard off a few of hers. Thinking they needed to be " shaved"
